Jets Sign DT Fitch to the practice squad

The New York Jets announced Wednesday that they have signed defensive tackle Zarnell Fitch to the practice squad and waived Vaka Manupuna from the practice squad. The announcement was made by Jets' General Manager Mike Tannenbaum.

Fitch, a 6-3, 320-lb. native of Spencer, Oklahoma played two years (2004-2005) at TCU. In his two-year career he recorded a total of 34 tackles with two interceptions, a forced fumble and a sack.
