The Jets have signed eight players to reserve/future contracts. By position the signed players are:
TE — Colin Anderson
DT — T.J. Barnes, Tevita Finau
WR — Michael Campbell, Dwight Jones
C — Dalton Freeman
LB — Tim Fugger
S — Rontez Miles
Seven of the players finished the season on our practice squad. Campbell played in four regular-season games before being released and re-signing with practice squad Nov. 27, and Miles made his pro debut against New Orleans before returning to the P-squad.
Freeman and Finau played in the preseason with the Jets and spent the season on the practice squad. Fugger and Jones came to our practice squad in December.
Colin Anderson was signed by Minnesota as an undrafted free agent last April. He played in all four Vikings preseason games with two catches, then was released during final cuts. The Jets were reported to have worked out Anderson in October.
