The Jets signed cornerback Juston Burris to fill out their 10-man practice squad.
The Jets released Burris Saturday to make room on the active roster for running back De'Angelo Henderson, who was promoted from the P-squad for Sunday's game against the Bears. In three seasons with the Jets, Burris totaled 37 tackles, two interceptions and seven pass defenses in 34 games. Originally the Green & White's fourth-round draft choice in 2016, the NC State product ranked third on the team with six special teams tackles in 2016.
