SNY Spotlight On: Woody Johnson

Where does New York Jets Owner Woody Johnson see his team ten years from now?

"Having success for the fans, representing the fans well, so that they can look back ten years from now and say that they are happy and continue the enthusiasm," says Woody Johnson in a recent one-on-one sit down interview.

In the exclusive interview on SportsNet New York's first episode of "SNY SpotLight," Johnson provided candid answers to host Steve Berthiaume's questions about management changes during the off-season, the recent draft and the future of the team.

"[We're] building a culture, picking people that will work well together as a team going into the future," said Johnson of the recent management changes.

On the topic of the draft, Johnson observed, "Draft day is a fluid process…We stuck to our plan and tried to take emotion out of the room through preparation."
