Register Now for '13 Junior Flight Crew Program

The New York Jets Junior Flight Crew Cheerleaders program will return this summer and registration is now open.

The camp will take place from July 26-28 and will culminate in an on-field gameday performance at MetLife Stadium. As part of the Junior Flight Crew program, participants ages 7-14 will have the opportunity to train with and learn from professional NFL cheerleaders. This energetic dance and cheer program is a learning and development opportunity that focuses on improving the talent and abilities of each participant in a non-competitive environment.

"The New York Jets Junior Flight Crew Cheerleaders program is a wonderful opportunity for those who have a passion for cheering, dancing and performing," said Flight Crew director Denise Garvey. "This program allows the participants to improve on their talents and abilities through the positive leadership and mentorship from our professional NFL cheerleaders."

The program's emphasis is on dance and cheer technique, performance skills, showmanship, self-confidence and having fun. There are no tryouts required and no previous cheer or dance experience is necessary. The program registration fee includes a meet-and-greet evening with the Jets Flight Crew Cheerleaders, new uniforms and free pom-poms. The program culminates in a gameday performance with the 2013 Jets Flight Crew squad at MetLife Stadium.

Participants can register by clicking here and filling out the online registration form. The deadline to register is June 1, 2013 but space is limited so early registration is recommended. More details can be found at newyorkjets.com/flightcrew.
