The New York Jets have signed wide receiver DaMarcus Ganaway to a reserve/future contract. The announcement was made by general manager Mike Tannenbaum.
Ganaway (6'2", 185) finished his career at Kentucky Wesleyan with 214 receptions for 2,653 yards and 22 touchdowns in 40 games (34 starts). During his senior season in 2010, he led the team with 68 receptions for 1,035 yards and 10 touchdowns, earning Receiver of the Year for the Great Lakes Football Conference. He did not play football in 2011.
