Five weeks down, four weeks remain. After having completed Phases One and Two of their voluntary offseason program, the Jets will take the field Tuesday as Organized Team Activities (OTAs) commence in Florham Park.

For the first time this offseason, the Green & White will be permitted to conduct team offensive vs. defensive drills including 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11. Under terms of the collective bargaining agreement, the players will be allowed to be at the facility for six hours (plus a one hour lunch) during OTAs and two of those can be on the field.

The team is scheduled to have 10 OTAs between May 24 and June 9 with the media permitted to view Wednesday sessions on three successive weeks. Head coach Todd Bowles will have news conferences on each Wednesday and offensive coordinator Chan Gailey, defensive coordinator Kacy Rodgers and new special teams coordinator Brant Boyer are all scheduled to speak on Wednesday.

The helmets come on TOMORROW for #OTAs! #JetUp
