The New York Jets have announced the launch of Flight Club, a new and innovative platform for season ticket members, ahead of the 2025 NFL season. The new program aims to enhance the season ticket member experience with exclusive opportunities, offers, rewards, and content within the Jets App.
Built and designed based on season ticket members' feedback, Flight Club brings fans closer to the team than ever before, giving them access to everything from exclusive perks to meaningful benefits. Throughout the season, members will have the opportunity to access tailored promotions, engage with the team through interactive polls, as well as enjoy one-of-a-kind digital content, all through the Jets App.
Developed with the help of Yinzcam and integrating technology from Jets partners Fortress and Ticketmaster, the Flight Club Hub will feature exclusive benefits and content tailored specifically to what each season ticket member wants to see. The platform will also feature a revamped rewards section that highlights member's points balance and redeemable featured items, such as on-field experiences, the opportunity to bid on player-autographed posters, and the ability to enter enhanced experiential sweepstakes. Flight Club members will be able to take advantage of exclusive deals and offers relating to tickets, presales, and partner opportunities, which will only be available through the brand-new platform. With Flight Club, season ticket members will be able to use an interactive jersey builder where they can customize a unique jersey for purchase.
On gamedays, Flight Club will serve as a member's one-stop hub for all of the information and resources they need to access. Tickets, Jets Cash and a member's merchandise discount will all be ready to be scanned, while exclusive Gameday offers will be ready to redeem. Additionally, members will have the opportunity to download a commemorative digital gameday ticket after each game, which includes the ability to add photos and videos before downloading it as a memento of their gameday experience.
The all-encompassing platform allows season ticket members to seamlessly access their tickets, account information, and parking passes, while also keeping their season ticket representative one click away for support year-round.
