Jets wide receiver Quincy Enunwa suffered a neck injury during 7-on-7 drills at the Green & White practice at MetLife Stadium.

"He fell. Nobody touched him," head coach Todd Bowles said. "He either hit his head or his neck and something went wrong when he fell."

Enunwa dropped a Christian Hackenberg pass in the front of the end zone and took a step before he fell to the ground. The trainers attended to the Nebraska product, who eventually got up on his own and walked slowly to the Jets locker room.

Bowles was unsure regarding the severity of the injury, but said the third-year receiver suffered from something similar in the spring. As for Bowles' concern, it's a wait-and-see game for the even-keeled coach.

"We'll see what happens first," he said of Enunwa possibly missing time. "If it happens, then we'll adjust from there, but we have young guys coming on. We'll see what the results are first and we'll go from there."
