The Jets didn't wait for the League Year to add a quarterback, electing to sign veteran David Garrard hours before the start of the free agency/trading period. The 35-year-old Garrard, who will compete for a starting position with the Jets, joined us this week for an exclusive interview that will be featured on "Jets Talk LIVE" Thursday afternoon.
