The New York Jets hung tough on the road in a heated AFC East clash against the New England Patriots, but fell to 4-2 after losing 30-23. With another road game on deck against the Oakland Raiders, head coach Todd Bowles is looking to keep his squad focused and return to their winning ways.

If you're playing one-week fantasy football on FanDuel this weekend (and you probably are), the big decision lies in which Jets players you'll be plugging into your lineup this weekend before kickoff.

Getting the Jets back on course

QB Ryan Fitzpatrick (FanDuel Price: $7,400)

Coming into 2015, the Jets needed consistency out of their signal-caller to be successful, and Fitzpatrick has done just that. He's thrown for at least 218 yards in his last five games and has tossed less than two touchdowns just once in six games.

Since he hasn't had that huge six-TD game like he did last year with the Texans, his price has stayed in the value range despite never scoring below 15 FanDuel points. According to FFToday, the Raiders are one of the worst in the league against fantasy QBs, and numberFire is currently projecting him to score just over 18 points.

RB Chris Ivory  (FanDuel Price: $7,700)

The Patriots are tough against the run, but Ivory still managed to score 12.3 FanDuel points thanks to his participation in the passing game. FFToday doesn't highlight Oakland as one of the worst defenses against fantasy RBs, but they've allowed the third-most receptions to the position this season.

Following a week where they couldn't use the running game like usual, New York will want to establish this part of the game plan early. However, you should monitor Ivory's health leading up to kickoff, as he's currently dealing with a tight quad.

WR Brandon Marshall (FanDuel Price: $8,300)

Marshall's run of four straight 100-yard performances ended on Sunday, but he still caught 4-of-7 targets for 67 yards in the loss, and is the most expensive FanDuel player in this matchup.

The Raiders defense has only allowed two TDs to wide receivers in 2015, but opposing pass-catchers have racked up over 1,100 yards in the process. As usual, Marshall will be Fitzpatrick's top target. NumberFire echoes that sentiment, ranking him as the seventh-highest receiver this week with regard to projected points.

Entering the Black Hole

QB Derek Carr (FanDuel Price: $6,800)

The Jets have one of the league's best defenses, and they will have their hands full with Oakland's young offensive weapons. After two lackluster FanDuel performances, Carr got back to the 20-plus FDP plateau with 289 yards passing and three TDs on Sunday.

For New York to control the game script from the start, they'll have to focus on Carr and prevent him from getting the ball to his talented wide receivers.

WR Amari Cooper (FanDuel Price: $7,500)

Cooper entered the 2015 NFL Draft with a lot of hype, and he's following through with it thus far. He notched his third 100-yard receiving performance of the season on Sunday, and is proving to be a lethal weapon on the outside.

The Jets will have Darelle Revis and Antonio Cromartie locking things down, forcing Oakland to move the ball downfield in other ways, so this shouldn't be a problem for them.
