The light is finally at the end of the tunnel — New York Jets regular-season football is right around the corner. What makes that even better? Well, it also means your favorite players from Gang Green can help you experience some fantasy football success this fall on FanDuel. After going 1-2 in their three preseason games, head coach Todd Bowles and his squad look ahead the Philadelphia Eagles before hosting the Cincinnati Bengals at MetLife Stadium for the real thing on Sept. 11.

With the most important tuneups ahead of the Jets before gearing up for Week 1, here are potential fantasy contributors you should be keeping a close eye on.

QB Ryan Fitzpatrick*FanDuel Price: $7,300
*Following an offseason of uncertainty, the Jets offense gets a major boost with Fitzpatrick back under center. He put up career highs in passing yards (3,905), passing touchdowns (31) and passer rating (63.63) en route to leading New York to a 10-6 record. According to FFToday, he was a top-15 QB with regard to fantasy points per game, outpacing bigger names like Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, Derek Carr and Ryan Tannehill. Entering his second year in this offensive scheme, there's reason to be hopeful for more magic out of his right arm.

RB Bilal Powell*FanDuel Price: $5,500
*Signing Matt Forte and Khiry Robinson may lead some to believe Powell's fantasy value takes a hit. Even with Forté at the top of the depth chart, Powell will still have a significant role because of his ability to both run and catch the football. Despite just 70 rushes and 47 receptions in 2015, he still amassed 701 yards from scrimmage with three touchdowns. He could easily end up being an inexpensive punt option at RB that can bring in a bunch of points because of his playmaking ability if the matchup is right.

WR Brandon Marshall*FanDuel Price: $7,700
*There's no doubt Marshall is one of the happiest people to have Fitzpatrick back. These two formed a strong bond on the field in 2015, which led to his most receptions (109) and receiving yards (1,502) since his career year in 2012, along with a career-high 14 touchdown catches. It was all about consistency for this veteran pass-catcher. He received nine or more targets 13 different times, leading to 10 separate 100-yard performances and 12 games with at least one touchdown.

WR Eric Decker*FanDuel Price: $6,900
*One would think Decker's fantasy value would've gone down last year with the presence of Marshall, but it actually increased. These two were a formidable duo in the passing game, as Decker recorded 1,027 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns off the strength of 80 receptions. The wild card for both Marshall and Decker is how a certain tight end gets acclimated back into the offense after missing the 2015 season.

TE Jace Amaro*FanDuel Price: $4,700
*A shoulder injury prior to Week 1 last year spoiled Amaro's sophomore season with the Jets, which was a significant blow at the time because he was viewed as an important part of New York's passing game. It's been a slow process for Amaro to get reacclimated into the offense, but there's the potential that he'll share targets with Marshall and Decker, which could impact their fantasy value at the end of the day. It's a situation definitely worth monitoring throughout the remainder of the preseason and the start of the regular season.
