Cast a Halftime Vote for Fan Appreciation Day

There are many dates on the Jets' 2010 season calendar, but none is more important than Fan Appreciation Day.

This year's annual celebration of the greatest fans in the NFL will be held at our new stadium against an old foe in one of the six games that head coach Rex Ryan has designated as the most important on the Green & White's regular-season schedule: Sunday, Dec. 12, during the game against the AFC East rival Miami Dolphins.

Be sure to check back in here for information on exciting activities, in-game contests, "lucky row" giveaways and more that we're planning for before and during the Dolphins game. Beginning today, as our planning for the big day proceeds, we'd like your input into what activity you'd like to see on the New Meadowlands Stadium turf at halftime.

We've provided you with a voting poll on the newyorkjets.comhomepage on which you can record your preference for Frisbee dogs, a high school marching band, pee-wee football games or a field goal kicking contest. Cast your vote and we'll let you know your choice for halftime activity closer to your day at the new Home of the Jets.
