Jets, ESPN New York Announce Extension of Radio Agreement

The New York Jets and ESPN New York have agreed to a multiyear extension. ESPN New York 98.7 FM will continue to provide complete coverage of every Jets game, including play-by-play and pre- and postgame programming.

The station will also continue its Jets-focused features, including the Jets Player Spotlight (Mondays at 3:30 p.m. ET), a weekly interview with Jets head coach Rex Ryan (Mondays at 5:15 p.m.) and "Inside the Jets" (Mondays at 7 p.m.).

Jets games, including pre- and postgame coverage, are also broadcast in Spanish on ESPN Deportes Nueva York 1050 AM, the only 24/7 Spanish sports talk station in New York.

"ESPN New York has been a tremendous partner of ours and we are thrilled to announce this extension," said Jets president Neil Glat. "This partnership not only provides the games to our English- and Spanish-speaking fans, but the ancillary programming is great content for all Jets fans year-round."

"We're excited to continue our relationship with the Jets," said Dave Roberts, VP/general manager of ESPN New York 98.7 FM. "The Jets have a huge fan base in the New York metropolitan area and we look forward to continuing to serve them."
