The New York Jets have announced today that one fan will have the opportunity to win a one-of-a-kind Father's Day gift — bringing Dad down to the field pregame at a Jets regular-season game before watching the action from great club seats.
Fans can enter by submitting a photo and a paragraph of 150 words or fewer on why they are the biggest fans of their father (or their father figure). Fans can submit their entries today through Monday, June 13, at 5 p.m.
Ten fans will be selected for a fan vote starting Tuesday, June 14, with a winner announced on facebook.com/jets on Thursday, June 16, just in time to present the gift to Dad on Father's Day, June 19.
Fans who like the Jets on Facebook have access to exclusive video content, can talk Jets 24/7 with fellow fans, and win unique prizes. The Jets' "How Would You Like To" sweepstakes series kicked off with the 2011 NFL Draft, when one lucky fan won passes to the Jets VIP Party at New Meadowlands Stadium.
