The Jets activated rookie cornerback Jeremy Clark and waived cornerback Robert Nelson. The Green & White also made a pair of practice squad moves, placing wide receiver Tre McBride on Practice Squad/Injured and signing running back Jeremy Langford.

Clark was the Jets' third sixth-round pick (197th overall) in April's Draft. The 6'3", 220-pounder, a Michigan product, was placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list July 28th. He suffered an ACL injury in the Wolverines' fourth game last season and began practicing in late November.

Nelson appeared in two games for the Jets after he was promoted from the team's practice squad Oct. 24. The 5'10", 175-pounder appeared in 11 games for the Texans last season and totaled 20 tackles, two pass defenses and an interception.

McBride signed to the Green & White's practice squad Dec. 1. He played in eight games (three starts) for the Bears this season and registered eight catches for 144 yards.

Langford, originally the Bears' fourth-round pick in 2015, spent two seasons in Chicago and was released in September. The Michigan State product also spent some time on the Ravens' practice squad and active roster earlier this season, but was released in late September. For his career, the 6'0", 211-pound Langford has totaled 737 yards and 10 touchdowns on 210 carries. He also tallied 421 yards and one score through the air on 41 receptions.
