We just got word that the Jets' second minicamp practice, which is scheduled to begin at 3:55 p.m., will be held outside on the FieldTurf here at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center and the workout is open to the public. The facility is officially open and spectators are making their way in for the late session. Fans are still encouraged to monitor the afternoon weather reports.
