For the first time this draft season, the New York Jets today hosted a number of prospects at their Atlantic Health Training Facility in Florham Park, N.J. The visitors included Illinois CB Vontae Davis, whom many regard as the best cornerback prospect in the '09 class.

Boston College linebacker Brian Toal, who starred at Don Bosco Prep in nearby Ramsey, was also among those in attendance. Corner Darius Butler (5'10", 183) played at nearby Connecticut and has impressed scouts with his natural ability. He was on hand today in addition to Iowa corner Bradley Fletcher and Notre Dame S David Bruton.

The Jets will entertain a number of prospects on Tuesday. Stay logged on newyorkjets.com for all your official draft updates.
