Short Biography:
Erik McMillan was drafted by the New York Jets in the third round (63rd overall) of the 1988 NFL Draft. Over his five-year career with the Jets, McMillan played in 76 games and recorded 353 tackles (240 solo). In addition, he tallied 22 interceptions, five sacks, five touchdowns, and six fumbles recovered. He earned Second-Team All-Pro in 1989, was selected into the Pro Bowl twice (1988, 1989) and was named AP NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 1988, while a member of the Jets. In 1993, McMillan went on to play for the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, and Kansas City Chiefs.
