The Jets begin Phase 3 of their offseason workout program Monday at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center.

After two weeks of Phase 1 (strength and conditioning, and physical rehab only) and three weeks of Phase 2Two (on-field workouts, individual player instruction/drills and no team offense vs defense drills), Phase 3 is underway and will span the next four weeks.

Over the first three weeks, the Jets and all NFL teams can conduct 10 days of organized team practice activities (OTAs). Players will remain out of pads and live contact will not be allowed; however, 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills are permitted. In Week 4, the offseason schedule wraps up with veteran minicamp.

Most of the Jets' players are expected to attend, including QB Aaron Rodgers who, as HC Robert Saleh told reporters at the start of May, will have no restrictions.

None of the practices are open to the public, but the Jets' reporters will be able to attend once a week for the next three weeks.

The schedule for the next four weeks:

OTAs Week 1 – May 20, 21, 23

OTAs Week 2 – May 28, 29, 31

OTAs Week 3 – June 3, 4, 6, 7

Mandatory Minicamp – June 11, 12, 13
