Hey, Jets fans! It's Flight Crew Cheerleader Sarah M. here. Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and this year it's time to trade in the old dinner-and-a-movie routine for something a little more creative. So no matter who you're spending the holiday with, here are some fun new ideas to try this Valentine's Day:

Go to a Comedy Club — My fellow rookies and I recently saw a comedy show in the city, and we had an absolute blast. This is perfect for a date with friends or a loved one, as long as they have a sense of humor!

Have an "Indoor Picnic" — Avoid the long restaurant waits and create your own little picnic at home. Try cooking a new dish, lighting some candles and enjoying your meal on a cozy blanket. If all else fails, there's always takeout!

Go Ice Skating — If you love being active like me, ice skating is an excellent choice for this time of year. After you're done, head inside and warm up with a big cup of hot chocolate.

Visit the Spa — Valentine's Day is a great opportunity to take a break from your busy life and relax. Head to your nearest spa to get a couple's massage or treat yourself to a manicure/pedicure. You deserve a little pampering!

Try one of these activities or come up with your own. Just remember that Valentine's Day isn't about spending money but about spending time with the ones you love. Enjoy your Valentine's Day, Jets fans!
