The latest word on today's Jets practice open to the public at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center is that the practice will be held on the outside turf field.

Due to heavy rains overnight and more rain expected all day today, as of now the practice, scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., will be held on the turf.

As a result, space is very limited. We will do our best to accommodate as many fans as possible.

If there is lightning, the practice will be moved indoors into the fieldhouse. Any portion of the practice held inside will be closed to the public.

The parking lots will open at 9 a.m. Jets Shop is still scheduled to be open from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Jets Fest at the moment will not open at 9 a.m. and it is not known yet if and when it will open.

We will let you know of any updates as soon as we get them on newyorkjets.com. You can also call the Jets Fan Line at 973-549-4844 for updated weather and practice information.

Update, 9:24 a.m.: Special teams will now be incorporated into the body of the practice, meaning that all players will start practicing at 10:30 a.m.
