Short Biography:
Carl Howard was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent after the 1984 NFL Draft. After his rookie season, Howard went on to play with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before joining the New York Jets. Over his seven-year career he played 77 games with 11 starts, registering 3.0 sacks, five interceptions, and one fumble recovery. Howard was a walk on at Rutgers University in 1980 and played 33 games, recording five interceptions for the Scarlet Knights.
