Dominic Esposito

Biography

DOMINIC ESPOSITO, now in his fifth season with the Jets, enters his second year as a pro scout, after initially serving as a player personnel assistant. In his role, he assists the pro personnel department by providing player evaluations, monitoring daily transactions across the league, and contributing to the weekly advance reports for the coaching staff.

Esposito was part of a scouting staff who drafted both the Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year in 2022, marking just the third time in NFL history a team has had both in the same year.

Esposito began his career with the Jets as a training camp intern in 2019. Following training camp, he became a seasonal intern for the remainder of the season.

Prior to joining the Jets, Esposito served as the assistant director of player personnel at the University of South Alabama (2018-19), where he graduated with a degree in business management. After transferring as an offensive lineman from Monmouth University, he walked onto South Alabama's football team, where he finished his playing career.

A native of Jacksonvile, FL, Esposito now lives in Chatham, NJ. The son of Dana and Puck Esposito, his father served as a Naval Aviator for 30 years and his mother is a manager of a bank in Alabama. His sister, Emily is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a sales communications executive with Boston Beer Company and his sister, Naomi is a Naval Academy graduate, currently flying F.A-18s for the United States Navy.
