CHRIS NOLAN is now in his fifth season with the New York Jets as a college scout. For Nolan, 2023 marks his 10th as a scout in the NFL.

Nolan was part of a scouting staff who drafted both the Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year in 2022, marking just the third time in NFL history a team has had both in the same year.

Prior to joining the Jets, Nolan spent three seasons as a player personnel scout with Philadelphia. Before Philadelphia, Nolan spent a season as a personnel assistant (2015) with the Baltimore Ravens after a year as a season equipment assistant (2014) with the Atlanta Falcons. He entered the league as a summer equipment assistant with the Miami Dolphins (2010).

Nolan received a degree in sociology from University of Northern Colorado, where he was the men's lacrosse team captain.
