Long Island football is in full swing, and the Falcons from Locust Valley of Section VIII are about to play their first game with a full squad. They take on the rolling Plainview-Old Bethpage Hawks in a fast-paced matchup. Narrated by Bonnie Bernstein.

In an effort to share the love of the game, Zach Wilson and Elijah Moore, along with members of the Jets Women's Organization, visit the Wayne Valley team for a practice. In addition, learn about what this expansion means to Long Island, and see highlights from the Section XI matchup between Sachem East and North Babylon. In this series, we turn the lens on some of those young people, inspiring others in their own way. This series will tell the story of the first season of the Girls Flag Football Pilot League, the 8-team program with the North Jersey Super Football Conference, from the virtual kickoff event to the crowning of its inaugural champion at MetLife Stadium.
