WILL LAMONT enters his ninth season with the New York Jets and his first as vice president, ticket sales & service, having been promoted to the position from senior director of group sales following the 2025 season.

In his current capacity, Lamont oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire department, including both sales and retention of season ticket members, group ticket buyers, and the service, operations, and inside sales communications with the fanbase. He works seamlessly throughout the organization to elevate the fan experience, creating opportunities to enhance the value and customer service for all season ticket members and ticket buyers.

Prior to his promotion, Lamont spent nine seasons overseeing the group sales department, starting with the club as a director before being elevated to senior director in 2022. In his first three seasons, Lamont oversaw an 81% revenue growth, leading to the #1 ranked group sales department in the League in consecutive years (2018-19). He was awarded the New York Jets President's Award in the spring of 2019.

Lamont joins the New York Jets after spending time in a variety of roles with the New Jersey Devils, culminating as director of group events after beginning his career as an inside sales representative.

Lamont earned his bachelor's degree from Clemson University after growing up in Caldwell, NJ, where he played football and baseball in high school. He now resides in Cedar Grove, NJ, with his wife, Taryn, and sons, Lucas and Santino.
