David Zuffelato

Senior Director, Player Health & Medical Services

Biography

David Zuffelato enters his 22nd season with the New York Jets and his second as senior director, player health & medical services.

In his role, Zuffelato oversees all aspects of player health and medical care, in addition to serving as the team's head athletic trainer. He works closely with head coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey on player health and safety initiatives.

Prior to joining the Jets, Zuffelato served as the head athletic trainer at Florida Atlantic University and spent three seasons (2003-05) working in NFL Europe.

Graduating from Central Connecticut State, Zuffelato received his bachelor's in athletic training and his master's in athletic training and kinesiology from Temple.

He and his wife, Beth, have two children, a son, Jake, and a daughter, Leah.
