CHRISTINA WEDDING, is now in her tenth season with Jets, enters her first as an Assistant Director to Personnel Operations. In her role, she assists the entire personnel department including pro scouting, college scouting and football administration in the day-to-day logistics, overall planning for the department, communication with the league office, and internal communication among football operations departments.

She previously worked as the coordinator to personnel operations for two years, after serving as the assistant to personnel for seven years.

A New Jersey Native, Wedding grew up in Ocean County. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a communication degree. Her and her husband, Chris, reside in Somerville, New Jersey.
