Andy Davis enters his 14th season with the New York Jets and his second as a national scout, after previously serving as a college scout for seven seasons. Prior to transitioning to college scouting, Davis served as a pro scout for two seasons and as a scouting assistant for one year. He got his start with the organization as a football operations intern (2013-14).

In his first draft as a national scout (2026), Davis was part of a scouting staff that delivered three first round picks for just the third time in franchise history, with the selections of EDGE David Bailey, tight end Kenyon Sadiq, and wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr.

Davis earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton in 2011.

He currently resides in New Jersey, with his wife, Tara, and their daughter.
