Andrew Dollak enters his ninth season with the New York Jets and his second as a national scout, after previously serving as a college scout for six seasons. Dollak joined the Jets as a scouting intern in 2018.

In his first draft as a national scout (2026), Dollak was part of a scouting staff that delivered three first round picks for just the third time in franchise history, with the selections of EDGE David Bailey, tight end Kenyon Sadiq, and wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr.

Prior to joining the Jets, Dollak served as the director of recruiting at Texas A&M under Jimbo Fisher and Kevin Sumlin. He spent one season as a scouting assistant with the Tennessee Titans (2015), marking his first stop in the league.

Dollak graduated from Arizona State in 2013, where he served as a recruiting assistant for three seasons. He later returned to Arizona State in a new role as the assistant director of recruiting.

Born in Mission Viejo, CA, Dollak was raised in the East Valley of Arizona, attending Higley (AZ) HS in Gilbert, AZ.
