Andrew Dollak is now in his fourth season with the New York Jets after initially joining the team as a scouting intern (2018). A college scout since then, he covers the West Coast for the organization.
Prior to joining the Jets, Dollak served as the director of recruiting at Texas A&M under Jimbo Fisher and Kevin Sumlin after working as the assistant director of recruiting at Arizona State, his second stint at his alma mater.
Dollak spent one season (2015) as a scouting assistant with the Titans, joining Tennessee after three seasons as a recruiting assistant with the Sun Devils, graduating in 2013.
Born in Mission Viejo, CA, Dollak was raised in the East Valley of Arizona, attending Higley (AZ) HS in Gilbert, AZ.
