ANDREW DOLLAK is now in his sixth season with the New York Jets after initially joining the team as a scouting intern (2018). A college scout since then, he covers the West Coast for the organization.
Dollak was part of a scouting staff who drafted both the Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year in 2022, marking just the third time in NFL history a team has had both in the same year.
Prior to joining the Jets, Dollak served as the director of recruiting at Texas A&M under Jimbo Fisher and Kevin Sumlin after working as the assistant director of recruiting at Arizona State, his second stint at his alma mater.
Dollak's spent one season (2015) as a scouting assistant with the Titans, joining Tennessee after three seasons as a recruiting assistant with the Sun Devils, graduating in 2013.
Born in Mission Viejo, CA, Dollak was raised in the East Valley of Arizona, attending Higley (AZ) HS in Gilbert, AZ.
