JOHNATHON STIGALL, now in his 10th year with the New York Jets and second as senior regional scout, after eight as an area scout. For Stigall, 2023 marks his 25th season as a scout in the NFL.

Stigall was part of a scouting staff who drafted both the Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year in 2022, marking just the third time in NFL history a team has had both in the same year.

Prior to joining the Jets, Stigall scouted the Midland and Southwestern regions for the Cleveland Browns (2010-13). Prior to joining the Browns scouting staff, he scouted for the Philadelphia Eagles (2006-10), the Miami Dolphins (2000-06) and Chicago Bears (1999-00).

Stigall and his wife, Melissa, have four daughters, Berkeley, Annabelle, Sadie and Sylvie. He and his family reside in Peoria, IL.
