Vice President, Partner Management and Sponsorships

Biography

JENNIFER LINN, now in her 25th season with the New York Jets, begins her sixth as vice president, partner management & sponsorships. Originally starting with the team as an intern in 1999, she assumed a full-time position in the marketing department in 2000.

In 2002, Linn was promoted to senior manager and transitioned into the sponsorship department that helped lead the efforts of building a new Jets stadium and training facility. She was promoted to director, corporate partnerships in 2004 and later senior director in 2007.

Currently, Linn and her staff manage all corporate partnerships for the Jets. This includes activating promotional rights, in-stadium digital signage, radio, television, digital and social media, print, special events and game day activations. She is also responsible for managing all aspects of corporate and department hospitality, which includes the Jets Green Room hospitality suite. She also supports the sponsorships sales team with renewal efforts and strategies.

Last year, Linn was part a group of Jets executives responsible for expanding the Jets Women's Organization (JWO) to encompass the many women affiliated with the team, including staff members, wives and significant others of coaches, players, and football personnel. Serving as a unique outlet to positively impact the workplace, industry, and community, the JWO worked with Dress for Success (DFS) Northern NJ, an organization that seeks to empower women with training, a network of support, and provision of professional attire in December of 2020, and helped refurbish a local park for future use by replacing signage and assisting in landscaping in April of 2021.

In 2014, Linn developed the Jets Partner Alliance (JPA), a business-to-business network for Jets corporate and suite partners. Comprised of all 150 New York Jets corporate partners and 220 suite partners, the JPA was founded with the goal of providing partners with opportunities to network with one another, to share best practices, and facilitate meaningful introductions and connections that positively influence their businesses.

Linn was a member of the Facility Advisory Committee responsible for building the new Atlantic Health Jets Training Center that opened in 2008 and was responsible for leading the hospitality efforts for MetLife Stadium that opened in 2010, specifically the Jets Green Room.

In 2022, Linn was recognized as a Sports Business Journal Game Changer. SBJ recognized Linn as a game changer, someone at the forefront of the league who is strengthening the industry and the organization through leadership, deal-making and mentorship of the next generation of diverse sports business executives.

Linn graduated from St. John's University with a bachelor's degree in sports management. Linn and her husband, Billy, have two daughters, Ella and Ava, and one son, Will.
