Under London's watch in 2018, Tarik Cohen enjoyed a breakout season, both as a running back and a punt return specialist, while Jordan Howard nearly eclipsed the 1,000-yard milestone for a third consecutive season with 935 yards and nine rushing touchdowns. Cohen led the team with 71 catches out of the backfield for a team-high 725 yards and five scores, while also rushing 99 times for 444 yards and three touchdowns. London was an offensive assistant for the Tennessee Titans in 2011 before serving as the quarterbacks coach/pass game coordinator for the team in 2023.

London also brings experience from college football, serving as the running backs coach for Penn State from 2012-13. During his tenure at Penn State, running back Zach Zwinak surpassed 1,000 yards from scrimmage, and scored seven touchdowns on the season, earning him Big Ten All-Conference honorable mention. London also served as the running backs coach for his alma mater, Duke, in 2007 after being a graduate assistant for the school.

A Georgia native, London played running back at Duke (1993-96), where he totaled 354 yards and five touchdowns on 84 carries, adding 70 yards on 11 receptions. He graduated in 1997 after majoring in political science and minoring in African American studies. In 2006, he earned a master's degree from Duke in humanities.
