RB Bilal Powell is active for the Jets today against the Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium, as head coach Todd Bowles reported Friday. And DL Muhammad Wilkerson is again active despite not practicing all week with shoulder and foot injuries and being listed as questionable for the game.

Powell, who sat out the last game and a half with a calf injury suffered late in the first half at Cleveland, makes the Jets' backfield whole as he rejoins Matt Forte, who returned last week against New England after missing two games due to turf toe, and rookie Elijah McGuire. Travaris Cadet, who saw his first action in green and white against the Patriots, is inactive.

The Jets' complete inactive list today:
■ QB Christian Hackenberg
■ CB Derrick Jones
■ RB Travaris Cadet
■ LB Freddie Bishop
■ LB Obum Gwacham
■ OL Jonotthan Harrison
■ TE Jordan Leggett

Miami C Mike Pouncey is expected to start after clearing the concussion protocol this week. But WR DeVante Parker (ankle) has been deactivated. The Dolphins' inactive list:
■ WR DeVante Parker
■ S Maurice Smith
■ CB Byron Maxwell
■ LB Stephone Anthony
■ G Isaac Asiata
■ T Sam Young
■ DT Vincent Taylor

Bowles' five captains for the game are Powell, WR Robby Anderson, CB Morris Claiborne, LB/ST Josh Martin and DL Steve McLendon.

The Jets will be in their green jerseys and white pants, the usual configuration for a hot day in South Florida as the Dolphins sport their white jerseys with aqua and coral trim.
