The New York Jets (0-4) will return home for Week 5, after a two-game Florida road trip, and host the NFC East's Dallas Cowboys (1-2-1) at MetLife Stadium.
Dallas will arrive in New Jersey coming off a Week 4 tie, 40-40, with the Green Bay Packers at AT&T Stadium on Sunday night.
Let's take a deeper look at what to expect from the Jets' Week 5 opponent.
The Dak Prescott Show
On offense for Dallas, through 4 games, it has been the Dak Prescott show. Prescott was superb in Week 5, as has been the case most of the season, throwing for 319 yards and 3 touchdowns.
The veteran signal caller, who turned 32 in July, hooked up with WR George Pickens for 134 yards and 2 touchdowns through the air and guided the offense to its second 40-point game this season.
Prescott has silenced his critics through the first quarter of the season, leading the NFL in completions (121) and passing yards (1,119) while posting a 72.9 completion percentage -- third best in the NFL -- and leading the league in pass attempts (166).
"I mean if there's a better quarterback playing right now than Dak Prescott in the league, I'd love to see him," Dallas HC Brian Schottenheimer said.
The Dallas offense, is first in yards per game (404.3) and fifth in points per (28.5). The team's downfall, however, could come with asking too much of their Pro Bowl signal caller.
The Cowboys will be without their All-Pro WR CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and have put forth a mediocre rushing attack -- 12th in yards and 23rd in attempts – to complement the All-Pro QB
Pickens stepped up in Lamb's absence, but Schottenheimer & Co. will be looking for more from TE Jake Ferguson, the team-leader in receptions (34) this season, and an O-Line that features Pro Bowl LG Tyler Smith, and first-round picks LT Tyler Guton and RG Tyler Booker, who is nursing an ankle injury.
For the Jets to limit the high-powered Dallas offense, it could come down to limiting Pickens and the run game -- led by RB Javonte Williams' 4 TDs -- and putting even more pressure on Prescott to deliver with an unproven group of playmakers in the pass game.

Post-Parsons Defense
It is not news, but the Cowboys traded All-Pro pass rusher Micah Parsons to Green Bay for a pair of first-round picks and Pro Bowl DT Kenny Clark. The early returns have been shaky to say the least.
Through 4 games, Dallas ranks last in yards allowed per game (420.5) and 31st in points allowed per (33). And the Cowboys are tied for the fourth-fewest sacks in the NFL this season (5) after posting the third most in the league last season (52/ 3.1 per game).
Dallas has had good luck with injuries so far this season, getting Pro Bowl CBs DaRon Bland and Trevon Diggs back from their serious injuries last season. Their return, however, has not gone well on the field. The Cowboys' secondary is second-to-last in passing touchdowns allowed (10) and last in pass yards allowed per game (297.3).
With several players coming back from off injury and the absence of Parsons, who covered up several of Dallas's shortcomings last season, Schottenheimer points to a lack of continuity for their recent struggles.
The Jets will try to keep the Cowboys' defense neutralized in North Jersey. Despite a loss to Miami in Week 4 , New York's offense flexed its muscles, rushing for a season-high 197 yards. Dallas' defense is 20th against the run this season (123.3 yards per game) and could be exposed by the Green & White, who rediscovered its rushing attack with the return of QB Justin Fields to the lineup.
