The media day event hosted at MetLife Stadium was open to 452 players and coaches from over 100 teams in the conference, including St. Joseph's Regional, West Orange High School, Ramapo High School, Wayne Valley High School, and Don Bosco Prep. The event consisted of one-on-one interviews and a media training and sportsmanship session with Jets Legends Tony Richardson, Erik Coleman and Jets Senior Manager of Social Media, Perry Mattern.

The Jets hosted the girls flag New Jersey State Champions, Ridgewood High School, to coach a clinic for local youth girls flag football programs and showed a special premier of the two-part girls flag docuseries, EmpowHER: Keep Rising.

The Jets welcomed 45 local high school teams to Atlantic Health Jets Training Center from July 6-9 for a competition featuring a traditional 7-on-7 tournament, as well as a lineman challenge.

The Jets, Nike and Gatorade hosted the third annual Girls High School Flag Football Championships for New Jersey and second annual for New York at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. Ridgewood High School faced off against Hillside in the New Jersey State Championship, followed by Plainview Old-Bethpage and Warwick Valley High School in the New York State Championship.

Jets kicked off the third season of the Jets X Nike High School Girls Flag Football League and hosted New Dorp High School from the New York City Public School Athletic League for a scrimmage and presented their annual donation to the PSAL. The Gatorade Girls Flag Series, hosted at the Atlantic Jets Health Training Center, will feature eight games with teams from both New York and New Jersey, including one PSAL matchup.
