In 50 career games (eight starts) at the University of Texas, Jones totaled 111 tackles and 13 sacks. He was named All Big-12 honorable mention as a senior in 2010 after he notched 52 tackles, six sacks, 10 tackles for loss and one forced fumble.

Sapp (6'4", 252), released by the Eagles on Aug. 5 during training camp, was signed to the Jets practice squad Oct. 31. He was a fifth-round draft pick of the Eagles in 2010 before being placed on injured reserve Aug. 31, 2010. He started 36 of 50 games at Clemson, posting 17.5 sacks and 142 tackles during his career.
