Single Game Suites FAQ
Entrance
Gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff Suite guests have VIP access at each of the 5 primary gates for entering MetLife Stadium by going through a separate line designated with appropriate signage. Suite guests on the East Side should use the Bud Light and HCL Gates with those on the West Side should plan to use the VIP lanes at the Moody's, MetLife, or Verizon gates.
Parking and Transportation
Suite guests are given Platinum Parking Passes in lots E, F, or G, which are the closest lots available to the stadium on either side. Lots typically open 5 hours prior to events. For more information, please visit the MetLife Stadium site.
Child Ticket Policy
The child ticket policy for the New York Jets states that children up to 34" in height may enter MetLife Stadium free of charge but must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult.
Clear Bag Policy
New York Jets suite guests must adhere to the MetLife Stadium Clear Bag Policy, which does not allow bags larger than 12"x6"x12". For bags that exceed the permissible size, guests have the option of returning the item to their vehicles or checking at any available Bag Check Facilities. Please see here for more details.
