Jets Rewards is a loyalty program built exclusively for Jets Season Ticket Holders. Season Ticket Holders earn points faster and get more free items than ever before. Jets Rewards Points can be redeemed for Jets Rewards Cash, Jets gear and unforgettable experiences and access you won't get anywhere else.

Jets Rewards is exclusively for Jets Season Ticket Holders. You must have an active Season Ticket subscription to access Jets Rewards.

Log in to the Jets Rewards portal HERE using your Jets Account Manager credentials. You can also access the Jets Rewards portal using the Jets Mobile App.

The 2023 -24 program year will run from July 11 – April 30, 2024.

Jets Rewards Points can be earned by making qualifying purchases with the team, including tickets (renewal and add-ons), pre-paid gameday parking, merchandise, concession items and more. Bonus Jets Rewards Points are awarded for attending Jets home games. See Qualifying Purchases section below.

Jets Rewards Points are now earned, accumulated and can be spent at an account level and will not be differentiated by seat.

Generally, Jets Rewards Points will be awarded within three (3) business days but can take up to ten (10) business days for Rewards Points to post on account.

*Any point discrepancies need to be notified to a Jets Representative within ten (10) business days of the event.

Season Ticket Holders earn 1,000 Jets Rewards Points for attending Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. At least one ticket on the Season Ticket Holder's account must be scanned by the account owner to qualify for Jets Rewards Points. Fans attending all 10 home games in one season will be able to earn up to 18,000 additional Jets Rewards points.

Jets Rewards Points will not be earned if every seat on your account is donated, forwarded or resold.

No, fans cannot earn Jets Rewards Points for watching or listening to broadcasts. There may be additional opportunities to earn bonuses throughout the season.

Jets Rewards Points will be deducted from your account for any refunds made.

Yes, the Jets Rewards program year will conclude on April 30, 2024. All unused Jets Rewards Points will expire at that time.

You can redeem your Jets Rewards Points for Jets Rewards Cash or JetsShop.com gift cards. Jets Rewards Points can also be redeemed for tickets, memorabilia, experiences, and access.

There are marketplace items (fixed point value), auctions (bid to win), and sweepstakes (enter to win).

Upon redemption, JetsShop.com gift cards will be sent digitally to the email address associated with the Season Ticket Holder subscription. JetsShop.com gift cards are non-refundable upon redemption. Gift cards are only valid at JetsShop.com and are not accepted on gamedays at MetLife Stadium.

Yes, there will be limited gameday experiences available on the portal. Participation in Jets Rewards experiences and assets are subject to NFL & MetLife Stadium Health & Safety Protocols. All redemptions on the Jets Rewards portal are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges.

Jets Rewards Cash is a cash-free form of payment that can be used for food, beverage and merchandise items at Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. Your Jets Rewards Cash QR code is used to transact your purchase. Click HERE for a full tutorial on how to access and use your Jets Rewards Cash QR code.

Jets Rewards Cash is accessible in the Jets Rewards Portal via your personal Jets Rewards Cash QR code. You can access the Jets Rewards portal HERE or through the Jets App.

Your Jets Rewards Cash QR code is unique to your Jets Season Ticket subscription and should not be screenshotted and/or distributed. If you suspect that someone else is using your Jets Rewards Cash QR code, please contact a Jets Service Representative immediately.

As an exclusive Season Ticket Holder benefit, a free Jets Rewards Cash bonus has been added to your account. The total amount is reflective of your seat location and the number of seats. In addition to your free Jets Rewards Cash, you can also use earned points to redeem for even more Jets Rewards Cash.

To qualify for Jets Rewards Points, you must use your Jets Rewards Cash QR code as payment for food, beverage, and merchandise items at Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. Once your free Jets Rewards Cash is used (which does not qualify for points), you must continue to use your Jets Rewards Cash QR code as payment, which must be linked to an active credit card. Once you have used your free Jets Rewards Cash, you can link a payment method to your account to use for purchases at MetLife Stadium. You will receive Jets Rewards Points for all qualifying purchases made (see below for information on qualifying purchases). You can still use your Rewards Cash QR code to receive your Season Ticket Holder discount at the Flagship Store.

After redeeming additional Jets Rewards Cash using Jets Rewards Points, your account will instantly be loaded with the new amount.

Pre-loaded Jets Rewards Cash will expire after the final home game of the season (Washington Commanders on 12/24/23).

Your Jets Rewards Cash QR code is also used to automatically unlock your Jets Season Ticket Holder merchandise discount when presented at retail locations at MetLife Stadium.

Qualifying purchases include Jets tickets (season, single-game, group, or suite rental), prepurchased gameday parking, concession & retail at MetLife Stadium, and purchases made on JetsShop.com.

To qualify for Jets Rewards Points, you must 1) link a payment method to your account on the Jets Rewards portal and 2) use your Jets Rewards Cash QR code to transact. Points are only earned on transactions using the Jets Rewards Cash QR code through a linked payment method. Purchases made using the free Jets Rewards Cash associated with the purchase/renewal of Jets Season Tickets do not qualify for Jets Rewards Points.

To qualify for Jets Rewards Points, your order must be completed using the email address associated with your Jets Season Ticket Holder subscription. If you use a different email address to pay, you will not be awarded the associated point amount. Purchases made using JetsShop.com gift cards do not qualify. Points will not be awarded for spend that was incurred prior to May 2, 2023.

You can earn Jets Rewards Points by purchasing additional Jets tickets for Jets home games at MetLife Stadium (Season, Suite Rental, Group and Single Game Tickets). For single game tickets, only purchases made directly through Ticketmaster.com or the New York Jets ticket office will qualify. Resale/secondary tickets do not qualify for points (i.e., Ticket Exchange, StubHub, SeatGeek, etc.) You must use the email address associated with your Season Ticket Holder subscription to purchase. You may also purchase additional tickets by calling 800-469-5387. For season tickets, PSL spend does not qualify.
