Flight Club Rewards is a loyalty program built exclusively for Jets Season Ticket Members. Season Ticket Members earn points faster and get more free items than ever before. Flight Club Rewards Points can be redeemed for Jets Cash, Jets gear, unforgettable experiences and access you won't get anywhere else.

Flight Club Rewards is exclusively for Jets Season Ticket Members. You must have an active season ticket subscription to access Flight Club Rewards.

Log in to Flight Club Rewards HERE  using your Jets Account Manager credentials. You can also access Flight Club Rewards using the Jets mobile app.

The 2026-27 program year will run from June 2026 – February 26, 2027.

Flight Club Rewards Points can be earned by making qualifying purchases with the team, including tickets (renewal and add-ons), pre-paid gameday parking, merchandise, concession items and more. Bonus Flight Club Rewards Points are awarded for attending Jets home games. See Qualifying Purchases section below.

Flight Club Rewards Points are now earned, accumulated and can be spent at an account level and will not be differentiated by seat.

Generally, Flight Club Rewards Points will be awarded within three (3) business days but can take up to ten (10) business days for Rewards Points to post on account.

*Any point discrepancies need to be notified to a Jets Representative within ten (10) business days of the event.

Season Ticket Members earn 1,000 Flight Club Rewards Points for attending Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. At least one ticket on the Season Ticket Member's account must be scanned by the account owner to qualify for Flight Club Rewards Points. Fans attending all 10 home games in one season will be able to earn up to 18,000 additional Flight Club Rewards Points. Flight Club Rewards Points will not be earned if every seat on your account is donated, forwarded or resold.

Flight Club Rewards Points will be deducted from your account for any refunds made.

Yes, the Flight Club Rewards program year will conclude on February 26, 2027. All unused Flight Club Rewards Points will expire at that time.

You can redeem your Flight Club Rewards Points for Flight Club Rewards Cash or JetsShop.com gift cards. Flight Club Rewards Points can also be redeemed for tickets, memorabilia, experiences and access.

There are marketplace items (fixed point value), auctions (bid to win) and sweepstakes (enter to win).

Upon redemption, JetsShop.com gift cards will be sent digitally to the email address associated with the Season Ticket Member subscription. JetsShop.com gift cards are non-refundable upon redemption. Gift cards are only valid at JetsShop.com and are not accepted on gamedays at MetLife Stadium.

Yes, there will be limited gameday experiences available on the Flight Club Hub. Participation in Flight Club Rewards experiences and assets are subject to NFL & MetLife Stadium Health & Safety Protocols. All redemptions on the Flight Club Hub are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges.

Use points to bid on limited Rewards inventory. The highest bidder at the end of every auction will win. If a bid occurs within 5 minutes of the auction ending, the auction time will extend by 60 seconds per bid.

Jets Cash is a cash-free form of payment that can be used for food, beverage and merchandise items at Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. Your Jets Cash QR code is used to transact your purchase. Click HERE for a full tutorial on how to access and use your Jets Cash QR code.

Jets Cash is accessible in the Flight Club Hub via your personal Jets Cash QR code. You can access the Flight Club Hub \*\*HERE\*\* or through the Jets app.

Your Jets Cash QR code is unique to your Jets season ticket subscription and should not be screenshotted and/or distributed. If you suspect that someone else is using your Jets Cash QR code, please contact a Jets Service Representative immediately.

As an exclusive Season Ticket Member benefit, a free Jets Cash bonus has been added to your account. The total amount is reflective of your seat location and the number of seats. In addition to your free Jets Cash, you can also use earned points to redeem for even more Jets Cash.

To qualify for Flight Club Rewards Points, you must use your Jets Cash QR code as payment for food, beverage and merchandise items at Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. Season Ticket Members get 5 rewards points for every dollar spent (this includes ticket spend, qualifying purchases in stadium and on Jetsshop.com)

Once your free Jets Cash is used (which does not qualify for points), you must continue to use your Jets Cash QR code as payment, which must be linked to an active credit card. Click HERE for a full tutorial on how to access and use your Jets Cash QR code.

Once you have used your free Jets Cash, you can link a payment method to your account to use for purchases at MetLife Stadium. You will receive Flight Club Rewards Points for all qualifying purchases made (see below for information on qualifying purchases). You can still use your Jets Cash QR code to receive your Season Ticket Member discount at the Flagship Store.

After redeeming additional Jets Cash using Flight Club Rewards Points, your account will instantly be loaded with the new amount.

Pre-loaded Jets Cash will expire after the final home game of the season (Vikings on 1/3/27).

Your Jets Cash QR code is also used to automatically unlock your Jets Season Ticket Member food, non-alcoholic) beverage, and merchandise discounts when presented at concession or retail locations at MetLife Stadium.

Qualifying purchases include Jets tickets (season, single-game, group or suite rental), pre-purchased gameday parking, concession & retail at MetLife Stadium and purchases made on JetsShop.com.

To qualify for Flight Club Rewards Points, you must 1) link a payment method to your account on the Flight Club Hub and 2) use your Jets Cash QR code to transact. Points are only earned on transactions using the Jets Cash QR code through a linked payment method. Purchases made using the free Jets Cash associated with the purchase/renewal of Jets season tickets do not qualify for Flight Club Rewards Points.

To qualify for Flight Club Rewards Points, your order must be completed using the email address associated with your Jets Season Ticket Member subscription. If you use a different email address to pay, you will not be awarded the associated point amount. Purchases made using JetsShop.com gift cards do not qualify. Points will not be awarded for spend that was incurred prior to May 2, 2026.

You can earn Flight Club Rewards Points by purchasing additional Jets tickets for Jets home games at MetLife Stadium (season, suite rental, group and single game tickets). For single game tickets, only purchases made directly through Ticketmaster.com or the New York Jets ticket office will qualify. Resale/secondary tickets do not qualify for points (i.e., Ticket Exchange, StubHub, SeatGeek, etc.) You must use the email address associated with your Season Ticket Member subscription to purchase. You may also purchase additional tickets by calling 800-469-5387. For season tickets, PSL spend does not qualify.
