Under a new NFL policy, mobile tickets are now the only method of entry into Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. All ticketing will be mobile only. Your phone is your ticket. Print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available.

To manage or transfer your tickets, download or update the Jets Official Mobile App for iOS or Android. Make sure to download the app prior to arriving to MetLife Stadium. Prior to approaching the entry gates, be sure your ticket is prominently displayed, and ready to be scanned.

Jets Season Ticket Holders can continue to use their physical Jets Rewards cards for entry and purchases. NEW for 2018, a virtual Jets Rewards Card has been added into the Jets Official Mobile App. The virtual card functions exactly like the physical card and can be used for event entry and Jets Cash, which is accepted at all retail and concession locations throughout MetLife Stadium.

Print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available for Suite Partners. In addition to physical tickets, Suite Holders may also gain entry into MetLife Stadium by downloading or updating the official Jets Mobile App and managing your tickets through Account Manager. For suite holders that choose this option, you are strongly encouraged to add your tickets to your Apple or Google Pay wallet prior to approaching MetLife Stadium Gates.

CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?

No, tickets for all New York Jets games will no longer include a PDF printout option. This League-wide decision was made to protect the integrity of your ticket and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems that have steadily increased over the years.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON GAMEDAY WITH A BROKEN DEVICE OR BATTERY ISSUE?

If you need assistance on gameday at MetLife Stadium, you can visit the New York Jets Box Office Trailers located to the right of the MetLife Gate.

CAN I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF MY TICKET?

No. This year, all tickets will be fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

SHOULD I CONTINUE TO PRINT MY PARKING PASS THROUGH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER SITE?

Printed PDF parking passes will no longer be accepted for Jets home games at MetLife Stadium Parking passes will be mobile for all online purchases and transfers. Season Ticket Holders will still receive hangtag parking passes and have the option to use the hangtag or mobile parking pass.
