Under a new NFL policy, PDF tickets for Jets home games at MetLife Stadium are no longer available. General public ticketing will be mobile only. Your phone is your ticket.

For expedited entry, fans are strongly encouraged to add their tickets to their mobile device’s wallet.

For access into MetLife Stadium:
Season Ticket Holders: Use your Jets Rewards Card(s) or the NEW Jets Virtual Card in the Jets Official Mobile App presented by M&T Bank.

General Public: Download the Jets Official Mobile App presented by M&T Bank to manage your tickets.

Suite Holders: Use your physical printed tickets or manage your tickets in the Jets Official mobile app presented by M&T Bank

To manage or transfer your tickets, prior to arriving at MetLife Stadium, download or update the Jets Official Mobile App presented by M&T Bank for iOS or Android. Be sure to have your ticket prominently displayed, prior to approaching the MetLife Stadium entry gate.

Accepting Mobile Tickets

The recipient of forwarded tickets will be directed to a Ticketmaster website (desktop or mobile) to complete the transaction. The recipient must log into a Ticketmaster account to complete the transaction and if he/she does not have one, then one must be created. The email used to create the account must be match the email to which the tickets were forwarded. 

Suites Mobile Ticketing

Print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available for Suite Partners. In addition to physical tickets, Suite Holders may also gain entry into MetLife Stadium by downloading or updating the official Jets Mobile App presented by M&T Bank and managing your tickets through Account Manager. For suite holders that choose this option, you are strongly encouraged to add your tickets to your Apple or Google Pay wallet prior to approaching MetLife Stadium Gates.

Mobile Parking Passes

Print-at-home PDF parking passes are still available for parking at MetLife Stadium. Jets Season Ticket Holders are encouraged to use their parking hang tags. Additionally, parking can be managed via the Jets Official Mobile App presented by M&T Bank. If you choose this option, be sure to download your parking pass and add to your phone’s wallet prior to arriving to MetLife Stadium.

WHAT IS MOBILE ENTRY?

I'M A JETS SEASON TICKET HOLDER. CAN I STILL USE MY JETS REWARD CARD?

Jets Season Ticket Holders can continue to use their physical Jets Rewards cards for entry and purchases. NEW for 2018, a virtual Jets Rewards Card has been added into the Jets Official Mobile App presented by M&T Bank. The virtual card functions exactly like the physical card and can be used for event entry and Jets Cash, which is accepted at all retail and concession locations throughout MetLife Stadium.

CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?

No, tickets for all New York Jets games will no longer include a PDF printout option. This League-wide decision was made to protect the integrity of your ticket and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems that have steadily increased over the years.

HOW DO I GET THE NEW YORK JETS APP PRESENTED BY M&T BANK?
