Mobile Ticketing

Mobile parking passes and printed pdfs are the only method of entry into New York Jets parking lots on gamedays. To manage your parking passes download the Jets mobile app.

Be sure to download, print at home, or transfer your parking passes prior to arriving and have your parking pass prominently displayed before approaching the parking attendant. Fans are strongly encouraged to print at home or add their parking pass to their mobile wallets.

IMPORTANT PARKING PASS INFORMATION

  • Be sure to have the latest version the Jets App
  • Screenshots of your parking pass are not permitted
  • Have your parking pass prominently displayed before approaching the parking attendant
  • Turn your screen brightness to high if you are using a mobile parking pass
  • PDF Parking passes must be printed prior to arriving at the stadium

Parking Passes

Download and print your PDF parking pass prior to arrival at MetLife Stadium.

Print at Home Instructions:

  1. Log in with your email address and password by visiting: https://am.ticketmaster.com/nyjets/
  2. Click MY TICKETS
  3. Select the game you wish to print the parking pass for
  4. Click button with 3 dots to the right of your screen and select PRINT from the drop down menu
  5. Select the parking pass you wish to print and click CONTINUE
  6. Click the box next to "lost or stolen tickets" if you need to generate a new barcode. Otherwise click the PRINT  button
  7. Once the screen says "your tickets are opening" click  DONE
  8. A pop up should open with the PDF parking pass to  OPEN, SAVE or PRINT.

Mobile Parking Passes

Be sure to download or transfer your parking pass prior to arriving at the game and have your mobile parking pass prominently displayed before approaching the parking attendant. Fans are strongly encouraged to add their parking pass to their mobile wallets.

  1. Download the Jets mobile app in the Apple or Google Play store.
  2. Open the app and tap on 'Tickets' on the lower navigation bar
  3. Tap on 'Manage Tickets'
  4. Tap on "Sign into NY Jets" at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Select "Continue" to activate single sign-on which will allow you to utilize the same email and password for your Jets and Ticketmaster accounts.
  6. Log in using the email address and password associated with you New York Jets Account.
  7. Upon Sign-in, select your parking event
  8. Tap "View Barcode" to pull up your parking pass
  9. Scan your parking pass with a parking attendant. Screenshots are not valid for entry
  10. To expedite entry into the parking lots, fans are strongly encouraged to add parking passes to their mobile wallet.

Mobile Tickets FAQ

WHAT IS MOBILE ENTRY?
Per NFL policy, secure digital tickets are now the only method of entry into Jets home games at MetLife Stadium. Your phone is your ticket.

To manage or transfer your tickets, download or update the Jets Mobile App in the Apple or Google Play Store.

CAN I PRINT MY PARKING TICKETS FROM HOME?
Yes, print-at-home PDF tickets are available for parking via Jets Account Manager.

HOW DO I GET THE JETS MOBILE APP?
The free Jets mobile app (available for Apple or Android) can be downloaded here.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A SMARTPHONE OR I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT SECURE DIGITALTICKETING?

WHAT IF I HAVE A WINDOWS PHONE, A BLACKBERRY, OR OTHERWISE CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE JETS MOBILE APP?
You can always access your tickets via your smartphone internet browser. Click here to log into your account.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON GAMEDAY WITH A BROKEN DEVICE OR BATTERY ISSUE?
If you need assistance on gameday at MetLife Stadium, you can visit the New York Jets Box Office Trailers located to the right of the MetLife Gate.

CAN I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF MY TICKET?
No. The TicketMaster SafeTix cannot be screenshot as it is dynamic and constantly changing. A screenshot will not allow you entry.

SHOULD I CONTINUE TO PRINT MY PARKING PASS THROUGH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER SITE?
Yes, print-at-home PDF tickets are available for parking or you can use a mobile parking pass through the Jets app.
