WHAT IS THE TICKET SELL-BACK CREDIT PROGRAM?
The New York Jets Ticket Sell-Back Credit Program is a benefit for multi-seat Jets season ticket members where they can sell back their tickets and parking for up to three regular season games in exchange for credit applied to the 2027-28 season ticket invoice.
HOW DO I SELL BACK GAMES?
Multi-seat Jets season ticket members can exchange their tickets and parking online only through Jets Account Manager. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
CAN I BUY BACK GAMES I SELL TO THE CREDIT PROGRAM?
Any tickets or parking returned to the Jets through the Credit Program cannot be later sold back to the Season Ticket Member.
WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM EXPIRE?
The Ticket Sell-Back Credit Program expires on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11:59pm.
CAN I APPLY MY CREDIT TO OTHER FUTURE SEASONS?
The Credit MUST be used for the subsequent 2027-28 NFL season ticket renewals and cannot be transferred or used for any other purchases. This is a ticket and parking credit only and does not entitle the Season Ticket Member to a cash refund. Furthermore, the Credit cannot be rolled over for any future seasons. If you do not renew for the 2027-28 NFL season, the Credit will expire and will not be made available for future seasons.
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: To be eligible for the Sell-Back Credit Program next year (for 2027-28 season tickets), an account holder must attend a minimum of (3) Jets' regular season home games this year (during the 2026-27 season), as determined by the Jets based on the email address used to scan the account tickets at the applicable games. If an account does not meet this attendance requirement, their 2026-27 credit will still be applied to their 2027-28 season ticket invoice, but they will not be eligible to exchange tickets under the Sell-Back Credit Program for the 2027-28 season. This condition will apply to all future seasons.
CAN I SELL BACK ONLY SOME OF MY SEATS?
Only tickets for adjacent seats are eligible for the Credit Program. Partial ticket exchanges will be considered under certain conditions (i.e., exchanging only two (2) of four (4) seats). However, a partial ticket exchange will still count as one (1) of three (3) games eligible to be exchanged for Credit.
CAN I SELL BACK SEATS IF I AM A SINGLE SEAT SEASON TICKET HOLDER?
Single seats are not eligible for Credits; this offer is only available for two (2) or more adjacent tickets.
CAN I SELL BACK MY PARKING PASSES ALONG WITH GAMES?
Parking passes can be returned for up to 3 games for the 2026-27 season.
CAN I MOVE SEAT LOCATIONS AFTER SELLING BACK GAMES?
Accounts are not able to move or change their season ticket locations for the 2026-27 season once seats are exchanged through the Credit Program.
ARE MINI-PLAN BUYERS ELIGIBLE FOR THE TICKET SELL-BACK CREDIT PROGRAM?
