The Jets have signed two more of their draft choices, second-round quarterback Christian Hackenberg and seventh-round wide receiver Charone Peake.

At Penn State, the 6'4", 228-pound Hackenberg started 38 games and became the only 8,000-yard passer in school history. He also established PSU marks for touchdowns (48), completions (693) and total offense (8,215). Last season, Hackenberg threw for 2,525 yards with 16 touchdowns and six interceptions.

Peake (6'2", 209) enjoyed his best season at Clemson last year as a redshirt senior, making 50 receptions for 716 yards (14.3 yards/catch) and five TDs. For his Clemson career he had 99 catches for 1,172 yards (11.8 yards/catch) and 10 TDs.

Five of the Jets' seventh draft choices are now signed following today's signings and last week's announcement that fourth-round corner Juston Burris and seventh-round punter Lachlan Edwards had signed.
