Gameday Inactives: Jets-Bills

Green & White Health Good as They Try to Snap Streaks vs. Bills, on Thursday Nights with a Big W

Tonight at Buffalo, the Green & White have high hopes they'd like to realize and a few streaks they'd like to end — five consecutive Thursday night losses, five straight defeats to the Bills, four L's in a row at the stadium formerly known as Ralph Wilson, now called New Era Field.

A season could depend on those streaks ending as the 0-1 Jets of head coach Todd Bowles search for their first win of 2016 against the 0-1 Bills of their former coach, Rex Ryan.

To bounce back from opening day, the Jets' health is good, as their seven-player inactives list contains only player listed on the injury report who was a potential starter: rookie LB Jordan Jenkins. Mike Catapano will get the start at OLB again for Jenkins.

LB David Harris (shoulder) and DE Muhammad Wilkerson (ankle/toe), both listed as questionable, are in uniform and ready to go.

Tonight's Jets inactives:

■ QB Christian Hackenberg

■ QB Bryce Petty

■ RB Troymaine Pope

■ CB Darryl Roberts

■ LB Jordan Jenkins

■ G Dakota Dozier

■ T Brandon Shell

And the Bills' seven inactives:

■ K Jordan Gay

■ QB Cardale Jones

■ RB Jonathan Williams

■ DB Colt Anderson

■ LB Brandon Spikes

■ OL Patrick Lewis

■ T Cordy Glenn

The Jets gamenight captains are C Nick Mangold, WR Eric Decker, LB Erin Henderson and S Calvin Pryor.

The Jets will be in their white jerseys, white pants and hunter green trim against the Bills wearing their all red uniforms that they put on display in last year's NFL Nike Color Rush unveiling on Thursday night game at MetLife Stadium. This will be only the second time the Jets have gone white/white in 18 games under Bowles and the first time in a road game.

Tonight's referee is Ed Hochuli, who will be presiding over his 21st Jets game since 1993. Among the Jets games he's officiated were the 1998 AFC Championship Game at Denver, the 2004 AFC Wild Card Game at San Diego, and the 2010 AFC title game at Pittsburgh, plus the season openers at Houston in 2009 and vs. Tampa Bay in 2013.
