Jets Sign T Kirven to Practice Squad, Release Conque

The Jets signed T Korren Kirven to the practice squad and released TE Zach Conque.

Kirven, an Alabama product, signed with the Buccaneers after going undrafted in 2017. The 6'4", 308-pounder played in 26 games, including all 15 in his senior year. Kirven bounced around the offensive line in college, but started six games at right guard in 2016.

Conque joined the Jets' P-squad Nov. 24 after he was waived/injured by the Texans in August. The Stephen F. Austin product started 33 games at quarterback for the Lumberjacks and threw for a total of 6,867 yards and 46 touchdowns.
