Jessica Mandler, now in her ninth year with the New York Jets, begins her fifth as vice president, human resources and administration after previously serving as the senior director, human resources and administration.

Jessica Mandler, now in her ninth year with the New York Jets, begins her fifth as vice president, human resources and administration after previously serving as the senior director, human resources and administration.

In her current role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources across the organization, in addition to working closely with the stadium on HR related matters. She also serves as the Jets liaison with the NFL on the execution of all League-wide employee initiatives.

Before joining the Jets, Mandler worked in human resources for the National Basketball Association and most recently in human resources for Samsung Electronics.

Mandler graduated from Ramapo College (NJ) with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She resides in Wayne, NJ with her husband, Brian and their two children.
