Face Masks, Vaccinations & Physical Distancing
As permitted by current New Jersey policies on businesses and gatherings, MetLife Stadium will operate at full capacity with no physical distancing requirements. Proof of vaccination and face masks are not required for entry. However, in accordance with the NJ Department of Health recommendations, all guests – regardless of vaccination status – are strongly encouraged to wear face masks in indoor public spaces such as restrooms, clubs, elevators and suites.
Cash Free Transactions
To reduce touch points and create faster payment experience, MetLife Stadium is operating cash-free. Cash will not be accepted at concession stands and retail locations. Pay with a debit or credit card using contactless tap to pay, mobile wallet, chip or swipe. The Jets prefer Visa as a form of payment. Reverse ATM machines will be available throughout MetLife Stadium for guests to convert cash to a prepaid Visa debit card. Tailgating & Stadium Entry
Tailgating will be permitted. Parking lots will open (5) hours prior to kickoff and entry gates will open (2) hours prior to kickoff.
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization
Enhanced and frequent cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been implemented throughout the Stadium including the use of electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade cleaning supplies. High-touch surfaces and high-traffic areas are continuously monitored and cleaned during and after the event. Hand sanitizer dispensers are widely available throughout the Stadium at entrances, concourses, and restrooms.
Staff Training & Screening
All MetLife Stadium event staff have received special training on CDC recommended guidelines and our Stadium Safe procedures. Event Staff are required to complete a health questionnaire and temperature check on-site before reporting to work.
Clear Bag Policy
To continue to provide a safe experience, guests may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 12"x12"x 6" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. A small purse or wallet no larger than 4.5"x6.5" with or without a handle or strap, is also permitted. Guests may also carry in items that are medically necessary following proper inspection.
