■ Selected by Jets in fourth round (123rd overall) of 2005 NFL Draft. Selection was obtained from JAX in exchange for Jets' selection in fourth round (No. 127, Alvin Pearman) and a sixth round selection (No. 185, Chad Owens).

■ Played in 44 games and made 19 starts in four-year career at Louisville, finishing with 218 tackles, one sack, 11 INT, 19 PD, one FR and three FF.

■ Recorded 109 tackles, six INT, nine PD, two FF and a FR in 12 games (six starts) as senior.

■ Two-time all-metro choice by The Birmingham News and all-state honorable-mention performer at Lanier HS in Alabama as senior QB after he threw for more than 1,600 yards and 13 TDs and added another 850 yards and seven TDs on the ground.

■ Visited the Courtland School in the Bronx 5/23/07 on behalf of the R.H.O.D.E.S. Foundation as part of the “Catching with Kids” program to help encourage at-risk students that it is possible to catch all opportunities that are thrown at them.

■ Established celebrity charity basketball game in June 2007 at Lanier HS in Bessemer, AL, for the R.H.O.D.E.S. Foundation.

■ Hosted one-day Skills & Drills Football Clinic at Birmingham's Legion Field with teammate and fellow Alabama native Jerricho Cotchery in June 2006 and one-day Kentucky Derby Youth Football Camp/Clinic in Louisville, KY, week of Kentucky Derby with fellow Alabaman Terrell Owens.

■ Appeared in the movie “Queen of Media,” based on New York Times bestseller "Wendy's Got the Heat," detailing the story on New York radio personality Wendy Williams.

■ Also appeared in "Misunderstandings," a short independent film about relationship dilemmas.
