■ Was first-round selection of Jets (30th overall) in 2008 NFL Draft.

■ Selection was obtained from GB for Jets' second-round (No. 36) and fourth-round (No. 113) picks.

BEFORE THE NFL

■ In 46 games (26 starts) at Purdue, caught 142 passes for 1,882 yards (13.3 avg.) and 16 TDs, recovered fumbled rushing attempt in end zone for a score, posted four solo tackles and gained 54 yards on four KO returns, finishing with 102 points and average of 42.09 all-purpose yards per game.

■ In 2007 was named All-America honorable mention by Pro Football Weekly in 2007, All-Big Ten second team and team MVP as he caught 68 passes for 881 yards (13.0 avg.) and seven TDs.

■ In 2006 earned all-conference honorable mention after making 56 receptions for 771 yards (13.8 avg.) and four TDs in 12 starts.

■ Was moved to TE from WR in 2004.

■ As senior at Jefferson HS in Lafayette, IN, set state records with 113 receptions for 1,804 yards (16.0 avg.) and 22 TDs, earning all-state first-team honors, and was also runnerup for state’s Top Receiver Award and “Mr. Football” finalist.

■ Also participated in basketball and track and field, capturing state high jump championship as senior, clearing 6'9" in steady rain, after finishing second as junior with personal best of 6'10".

OFF THE FIELD

■ Majored in organizational leadership and supervision at Purdue.

■ Father, the late Willie Keller Jr., played basketball at Moorehead State College.

■ Mother, Maureen, and grandmother, Linda Orr, are Purdue graduates; grandfather, Dale Mulvey, played on 1952 Purdue team that won Big Ten football championship; great-grandfather, Robert Siskind, was electrical engineering professor at Purdue, and brothers Dwight and Drew also attended Purdue while brothers Damien and Duran currently attend the university.

■ Attended Project Hope on 5/24/08 at Times Square Church, Manhattan, to greet and support U.S. military members and underprivileged youth.

■ Participated in Taste of the NFL on 5/22/08 to raise money for ShopRite Partners in Caring Fund, dedicated to fighting hunger throughout New York metropolitan area.
